MEP Supervisor (Electrical Focus)
Group14 Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and skilled MEP Supervisor (Electrical Focus) to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role will involve leading a team of contractors, overseeing daily construction operations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex electrical construction projects and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensure work is performed according to the project schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control.
Assist with managing the overall site safety program and ensuring subcontractor and vendor compliance with all applicable safety codes and regulations.
Working with trades on coordination and sequencing effort for electrical systems, equipment and cable pathway layouts utilizing drawing sets and 3D models.
Review various building system trades installation progress for compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and schedule.
Ensure proper documentation of all field activities, including change orders and as-built drawings.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide regular updates on the status of the project, identifying risks or delays and working to mitigate them.
Develop and execute project plans for a capital project within the context of the overall capital program, including defining project scope, schedule and budget
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records of inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks. Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Oversee execution of specific projects within the capital program.
Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong understanding of Industrial Electrical, Instrumentation and ControlsSystems.
5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
3+ years in construction or project management with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and reports
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Experience building out and leading teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desire and ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
Willingness to travel to project locations both within and outside of the US.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000. All positions come with a bonus plan and company stock options. Document Control Administrator
The Document Control Administrator will focus on quality systems. In this role, the Document Control Administrator will support the company by maintaining the integrity of the document control system to demonstrate compliance with company standards and certifying bodies.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Developing and maintaining the Document Control System across multiple sites
Maintaining user profiles within the system
Advising users on the proper procedures to create, edit and review documents
Provide support and training for use of the document control system
Leads internal QMS Audits, facilitates and/or participates in audit at multiple sites
Assure the quality document system is in alignment with applicable certifying bodies and customer requirements
Support and collaboration with various teams for effective document development
Develop training material and provide training on the Quality Management System
Support new hire orientation and training

Seeking Electricians (Journeyman, Trainees)
Group14 is currently seeking Journeyman Electricians and Electrical Trainees for ongoing industrial construction projects in Moses Lake, WA. This is a great opportunity for electricians of different levels to work on a large-scale facility and gain valuable experience in commercial and industrial electrical installation, wiring and testing.
These will be full-time in-house roles, not temp or contract positions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Install, terminate, and test electrical systems, including conduit, panels, and controls.
Perform electrical work in compliance with NEC, state, and local codes.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Follow OSHA, L&I, and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Collaborate across different teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
WA State 01 Journeyman Electricians with a valid license.
Active WA State Electrical Trainees with a minimum of 4,000 documented hours.
2+ years of industrial electrical experience (for trainees) and 5+ years for 01 Electricians.
Ability to work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and in an industrial environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.

Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company’s market share and revenue. They will work closely with the program management, customer technical support, marketing, product, and research and development teams to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with key customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth in the battery materials, battery, or automotive industry.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in both the Automotive and Consumer Electronics segments.
Build and lead a team of Business Development Managers.
Collaborate with internal business development program management, technical support, contracts, and other teams to ensure that our customer needs are met.
Negotiate and facilitate the execution of supply contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Provide concise and regular updates on business development activities to the executive leadership team.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including OEMs and battery manufacturers.
Meet with customers, attend industry conferences and coordinate onsite customer visits.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer needs.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the battery materials industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
BS or MS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or other technology or equivalent job experience. MBA of PhD preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the battery materials, battery, or automotive industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience working with customers.
Demonstrated track record of closing direct sales, supporting customers, and forming successful strategic alliances to drive revenue growth.
Ability to structure and negotiate contractual agreements with multiple parties. Expertise in revenue & other financial models.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including to Asia and Europe.
Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment.
Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or German language skills are a plus.

Electrical & Instrument Technician
The Industrial Electrical & Instrument Technician supports Plant Operations with electrical, instruments, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of process operations and facility equipment with an additional focus on predictive and preventative maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Interpret technical drawings and procedures to aid in troubleshooting and repair of most electrical, instruments and control system equipment.
Ensure daily maintenance and repair activities are tracked/logged and performed safely and in a timely manner and closed out effectively.
Operate and maintain a variety of test equipment using established procedures.
Interface with operators and engineers to understand and find “root cause” of equipment problems and hazards in need of service, repair and/or replacement of components, communicate those options/suggestions and propose fixes and improvement ideas to pertinent technical staff.
Repair, maintain, and install electrical systems and equipment such as motors, drives, wiring and associated devices.
Diagnose the cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform corrective and preventative maintenance.
Review and update loop diagrams and specification sheets as required.
Participate in new installations and modifications to existing equipment.
Maintain proficiency in electrical troubleshooting; high volt, low volt and controls circuits.
Must be able to identify and specify materials and procedures required for repair and/or rebuilding of manufacturing equipment.
Assist in developing, executing, and expanding a Predictive and Preventive Maintenance program and support tracking systems with predictive maintenance practices, while being flexible to cover emergency maintenance.
Participates in design reviews, Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and the management of change (MOC) process.
Serve as an “on-call” technician during off-hours, weekends and holidays as part of the call out rotation to perform limited troubleshooting and repair mechanical equipment.
Learn and follow plant procedures and safety regulations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 to 5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of industrial maintenance experience and education.
Must be capable of effectively interfacing with other departments/personnel for the purpose of developing and/or supplying information to ascertain and achieve processing requirements.
Understanding of Predictive Preventive Maintenance programs.
Understanding of LOTO.
Working knowledge of Parker, Allen Bradley, and Siemens AC variable frequency drives, PLCs and associated protocols is a plus.
Must be able to read, follow and identify components depicted on schematics and engineered drawings.
Must be able to operate forklift and aerial lift platforms to work at heights up to 26 feet on a limited basis, 14 feet on average when needed.
Must be able to handle physical heavy lifting of materials/tools up to 75 pounds. Heavier materials may require assistance.
Capable of wearing respiratory protection as required.
Looking for good general mechanical aptitude and experience with; HVAC, IR-thermal, ultrasound, vibration, baker testing, instrument calibration, electrical license, controls, UPS, and robotics.
