The Receiving and Storeroom Coordinator will be primarily responsible for timely receipt of goods and services. The role will closely partner with several functions, key amongst are Manufacturing, and Engineering. We look for you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously such as, receiving goods and services, coordinating with the requestor for delivery of the parts, storage of parts in the spare parts warehouse, as well as performing transactions in the ERP system.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Timely receipt of parts, materials and services into SAP to ensure accurate records.
Storage of spare parts and supplies in the storeroom warehouse.
Coordinate delivery of parts and supplies to HQ requestors (as needed).
Perform weekly spare parts cycle counts and reconciliations to meet auditing standards.
Verify information against packing lists, invoices, purchase orders, work orders or other records to ensure accuracy of receipt.
Act as a backup to the Storeroom Lead to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
Must be willing to be cross trained in all areas of shipping and receiving departments and be a back-up to associates to perform required tasks within department as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of experience in a shipping/ receiving role with a strong preference for those that have worked in a development environment.
The role requires a candidate that has a balance of technical and administrative skills. The preferred candidate will be organized, have excellent SAP skills (preferably in shipping and receiving), experience in customer service, excellent written and oral communication skills, and basic accounts payable knowledge.
Must have strong digital foundation and be able to pick up software systems quickly.
Knowledge and experience relating receiving and freight documents.
A high degree of ownership of receiving goods and services; the ability to adapt to issues as they arise and provide solutions.

Seeking Electricians (Journeyman, Trainees)

Group14 is currently seeking Journeyman Electricians and Electrical Trainees for ongoing industrial construction projects in Moses Lake, WA. This is a great opportunity for electricians of different levels to work on a large-scale facility and gain valuable experience in commercial and industrial electrical installation, wiring and testing.
These will be full-time in-house roles, not temp or contract positions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Install, terminate, and test electrical systems, including conduit, panels, and controls.
Perform electrical work in compliance with NEC, state, and local codes.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Follow OSHA, L&I, and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Collaborate across different teams to complete projects on time and within budget.

Production Engineer
Moses Lake, WA
The Production Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of a new Battery Active Material (BAM) Factory. This position will join the engineering team tasked with the design and construction of the world’s largest production facility of next generation lithium silicon anode materials. The selected candidate will be assigned a unit operation area of responsibility to support after completion of commissioning. There will be opportunities to travel to existing facilities to gain real experience, knowledge and best practices for implementation in Moses Lake.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Become the subject matter expert for one of four major process areas.
Assist in design, construction, and commissioning of process equipment.
Work with the R&D team to develop solutions to problems and improve production throughput, cost, product quality and process safety.
Collect and evaluate data in order to plan experiments to modify and improve processes.
Develop and contribute manufacturing best practices as well as assist in manufacturing database design/management.
Collaborate with Research & Development to ensure the manufacturability of new products and processes.
Collaborate with the maintenance/facilities personnel to improve equipment reliability.
Resolve technical issues with equipment and processes to keep the production online.
Organize and create elements for the process safety management (PSM) program.
Develop procedures to assure safe and correct operation of equipment from day one.

Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist completes all payments and assists in controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, reconciling invoices, as well as processing employee reimbursements.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment.

Senior Superintendent
Moses Lake, WA
Group14 Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role will involve leading a team of Assistant Superintendents, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensure work is performed according to the project schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead a team of 3 Assistant Superintendents; providing leadership, training, and mentorship to staff to ensure high productivity and work quality.
Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control.
Assist with managing the overall site safety program and ensuring subcontractor and vendor compliance with all applicable safety codes and regulations.
Working with trades on coordination and sequencing effort for mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and piping layouts utilizing drawing sets and 3D models.
Review various building system trades installation progress for compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and schedule.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide regular updates on the status of the project, identifying risks or delays and working to mitigate them.
Develop and execute project plans for a capital project within the context of the overall capital program, including defining project scope, schedule and budget
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records of inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks. Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Use common project management tools such as Earned Value Management to forecast, identify and address project risks and opportunities as well as manage change over the project’s lifecycle.
Oversee general execution of specific projects within the capital program.
Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
7+ years in construction or project management with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
