Accounts Payable Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist completes all payments and assists in controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, reconciling invoices, as well as processing employee reimbursements.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment.
Accurately code invoices and expense reports to general ledger accounts and cost centers.
Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges for accuracy, resolving any discrepancies.
Process employee expense reports and verifies accuracy.
Prepare and perform payment runs, ensuring proper approvals, recording payment in accounting software, and completing batch payment documentation.
Monitor accounts to ensure vendor balances are up-to-date, by analyzing current ledger balance and reviewing vendor statements.
Reconcile weekly and monthly credit card transactions to sub-ledgers.
Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing.

Group14 Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role will involve leading a team of Assistant Superintendents, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensure work is performed according to the project schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead a team of 3 Assistant Superintendents; providing leadership, training, and mentorship to staff to ensure high productivity and work quality.
Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control.
Assist with managing the overall site safety program and ensuring subcontractor and vendor compliance with all applicable safety codes and regulations.
Working with trades on coordination and sequencing effort for mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and piping layouts utilizing drawing sets and 3D models.
Review various building system trades installation progress for compliance with drawings, specifications, quality and schedule.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide regular updates on the status of the project, identifying risks or delays and working to mitigate them.
Develop and execute project plans for a capital project within the context of the overall capital program, including defining project scope, schedule and budget
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records of inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks. Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Use common project management tools such as Earned Value Management to forecast, identify and address project risks and opportunities as well as manage change over the project’s lifecycle.
Oversee general execution of specific projects within the capital program.
Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Systems.
10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
7+ years in construction or project management with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Experience building out and leading teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of a new Battery Active Material (BAM) Factory. This position will join the engineering team tasked with the design, construction and commissioning of the world’s largest production facility of next-generation lithium silicon anode materials.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Assist in design, construction, and commissioning of process equipment.
Resolve technical issues with equipment and processes during commissioning phase.

Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company’s market share and revenue. They will work closely with the program management, customer technical support, marketing, product, and research and development teams to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with key customers and partners. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in both the Automotive and Consumer Electronics segments.
Build and lead a team of Business Development Managers.
Collaborate with internal business development program management, technical support, contracts, and other teams to ensure that our customer needs are met.
Negotiate and facilitate the execution of supply contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Provide concise and regular updates on business development activities to the executive leadership team.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including OEMs and battery manufacturers.
Meet with customers, attend industry conferences and coordinate onsite customer visits.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
BS or MS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or other technology or equivalent job experience. MBA of PhD preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the battery materials, battery, or automotive industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience working with customers.
Demonstrated track record of closing direct sales, supporting customers, and forming successful strategic alliances to drive revenue growth.
Ability to structure and negotiate contractual agreements with multiple parties. Expertise in revenue & other financial models.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including to Asia and Europe.
Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment.
Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or German language skills are a plus.
