WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Commercial Partnership: Support Business Development teams during the technical discovery and RFP phases; act as the technical authority on quality during high-level customer negotiations to build trust in our global consistency.
Manufacturing Synchronization: Work closely with Global Operations to harmonize manufacturing processes (Control Plans, PFMEAs) across South Korea, Germany, and the US, ensuring a “Copy Exactly” philosophy so that a product shipped from any factory is indistinguishable to the customer.
Global Quality Strategy: Design and deploy a unified global QMS that integrates ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards across all regional manufacturing sites.
OEM Relationship Management: Act as the primary quality liaison for automotive OEMs. Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new material launches.
Cross-Regional Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with regional regulatory requirements in the EU, North America, and Asia.
Supplier Quality Excellence: Oversee the qualification and auditing of raw material suppliers to ensure upstream consistency.

Minimum of 15 years in Automotive Quality management.
Proven track record working for a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or an automotive OEM.

Experience working with a Tier 1 EPC or Construction firm with a deep understanding of contractor business practices, financial structures (costs and margins) and operations.
Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
Technical Agility: Ability to toggle between high-level financial forecasting and deep-dive technical troubleshooting on the factory floor.
International Expertise: Familiarity with international building codes, permitting processes, and diverse labor environments (North America, Europe, South Korea).
Safety First: An uncompromising commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in high-hazard industrial and chemical environments.
